- 1984 – 1988: Training Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training in Orange County, CA.
- 1988: Attended the PSI Basic Seminar and Life Success Course.
- 1990 – Current: PSI Seminars, Regional Director covering Denver, St Louis, Kansas City, Seattle and Portland. Opened Vancouver, BC in 1998. Trained tens of thousands of people throughout the United States and Canada. PSI Seminars has over 500,000 graduates in the USA and Canada and over 800,000 graduates world wide.
- 2003 – 2007: Created a seven-figure income in direct selling with Isagenix. Was in the top 10 distributors in the company and had over 100,000 customers and distributors in his organization.
- 2003 – 2010: An Instructor at the Napoleon Hill World Learning Center at Purdue University; focused on the philosophies of Napoleon Hill’s Think & Grow Rich.
